Who is God really?

This is a question found in the heart of every man on earth. In different ways, all people are searching for God. As Christians, we have many answers to offer, but the strongest answer is not merely spoken—it is lived. Our life, shaped by God’s Word, reveals who God truly is. Humanity was created in God’s own image, and within that design is the true understanding of His nature.
According to Scripture, the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life do not come from God but from the enemy (1 John 2:16). These influences distorted humanity and damaged the original image of God in man. God created mankind upright and true (Ecclesiastes 7:29), but through disobedience, that divine image was lost.
What was lost through Adam’s fall was restored through Christ, the last Adam. Those who are in Christ now carry the restored image of God. Because of this, our responsibility is unique and weighty. As Scripture suggests, God’s people live among others with a distinct calling (Esther 3:8). We ourselves become a living message—an open letter that people observe and read every day (2 Corinthians 3:2).
In our time, the world needs more than religious words; it needs visible divine life in action. We are chosen vessels meant to express God’s nature, as Christ is being fully formed within us (Galatians 4:19). Let us move toward spiritual maturity, walking in the fullness of Christ, and reflecting the glory of God through our lives.
“I have said, you are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High” (Psalm 82:6).
If this is true, then Christians should live in such a way that others clearly see the greatness of the God we serve—not only through speech, but through transformed lives.
“I have said, you are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High” (Psalm 82:6).
